Same stuff, different month!

TJ- okay... I hear that October is a month of cool weather and changing leaf colors. Today, October 7th, it is supposed to reach 89 degrees. I am confused. My preschool class is going to an apple orchard in 2 days. We thought we would need some sweaters and jeans, might be needing shorts & tank tops instead! Anyway, here are some updates on me....

• I am in preschool! I go 2 days a week for a little over 2 hours. I am making friends with at least 1 other girl in the class. I HATED being left and cried, cried, and cried... but now I am okay when Mommy drops me off. I am still a little sad - but when Mommy comes to get me I never want to leave now.
• Violin lessons are fun! My teacher's name is Rob. I am still a bit leery of him... but I listen to what he says and I work on it at home with my Mommy. I just love to play my fiddle. I tap my foot while I scratch out open strings. When I am done I take my bows and say 'Thank you". I do NOT like when SW tries to touch my fiddle though.
• When I am upset I say thinks in the 3rd person, for example "you make Tara sad", or I tell SW, "S- don't hit Tara". I don't know why this makes my Mommy & Daddy laugh!
• I really do not nap for my parents anymore. When Miss Amanda comes to babysit us, I always take a nap. I am sleeping better at night since Mommy got me a moon light from IKEA. I like that store- but not as much as Mommy likes that store!

SW- I have been up to a lot lately! I am definitely a boy and Mommy tells me all the time that I am so different from my sister. I do not know what this fear thing is. I don't know why Mommy feels the need to have me really close to her when we are away from home, jeez! I have some updates too!

• I say lots and lots of words, not many are clear so they aren't understood - YET. I say 'buck' (truck) 'tuck' (stuck), knock (light) Mommy & Daddy don't know why knock is light - if you figure that one out, please tell!, 'cock' (clock) yeah, it IS funny!, 'bay-ba' (baseball) and lots of others that you expect like 'sat?' (what's that?), 'mama', 'dada', and more.
• I LOVE hats. I have a fishing hat, a tiger's baseball hat, a hard hat mommy just got me a bowler hat at a costume store. I just love to wear them all the time. I also sometimes try to wear TJ's princess jewelry, shoes & dresses but Daddy doesn't like that. Not at all.
• I love to play with the toy vacuum. Whenever the big vacuum is out and going I have to go get mine and vacuum along. Sometimes Daddy will hide it and I get REALLY upset. That isn't funny, Daddy.
• I LOVE trucks and balls. They are fun toys. I am tring to learn how to play catch, well I throw things at you for YOU to catch anyway.
